Harry Potter: The Boy Who Lived... to Defeat Voldemort
A true hero who showed that even an ordinary boy can make a difference in the world, also showed that friendship and love are the most powerful forces of all.
Harry Potter was a normal boy living with his cruel relatives, the Dursleys, when he received a mysterious letter on his eleventh birthday. The letter revealed that he was a wizard and had been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
At Hogwarts, Harry made two best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. The three friends quickly learned about the wizarding world and its many dangers, including the most dangerous dark wizard of all time, Lord Voldemort.
Voldemort had killed Harry's parents years ago, but Harry had somehow survived. Voldemort was determined to finish what he started and kill Harry once and for all.
Harry returned to Hogwarts for his second year, determined to defeat Voldemort once and for all. But Voldemort was growing more powerful, and Harry faced even greater challenges.
In Harry's third year, he and his friends discovered the Sorcerer's Stone, a powerful magical object that could grant immortality. Voldemort was determined to steal the Stone for himself, but Harry and his friends were able to stop him.
In Harry's fourth year, he participated in the Triwizard Tournament, a dangerous competition between students from different wizarding schools. Voldemort used the tournament to get close to Harry and try to kill him again. But Harry was once again able to escape.
In Harry's fifth year, he and his friends formed Dumbledore's Army, a secret group of students who learned Defense Against the Dark Arts from Harry and Albus Dumbledore, the headmaster of Hogwarts.
